"Bill was exactly what I expected"
The bill matched what I was expecting, with no random extra fees or surprise charges. Compared to what I’ve seen other people complain about with billing, this was a smooth experience

"Not ideal if your dates might change"
The box itself was fine, so I don’t really have any complaints about that part. My issue was more with the rental timing. I figured changing the dates would be simple, but it ended up feeling kind of strict and took literally more back and forth than I expected.

If you already know your exact schedule, it might be totally okay. But with moving, things change all the time, and I just didn’t feel like there was much flexibility when I needed it.

"Good communication overall"
They got back to me quickly and kept me in the loop, which I appreciated. One of their answers was... a little unclear at first, but once I asked about it, they explained it better and sorted everything out.

"Decent idea, but packing felt clunky to me"
I’ll admit, I’m a little picky when it comes to packing because I like things to be quick and organized, so maybe I expected too much from Redi-Box. The idea is good, and the boxes did help a bit, but using them felt more awkward than I thought it would. I had to rearrange and redo a few things, which kind of defeated the purpose for me. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as smooth or convenient as I was hoping.

"Great range of box sizes"
They had a really good selection of box sizes, so it was easy to find one that worked for what I needed. The whole process was simple and hassle-free. My only small complaint is that I wish the labels were a bit clearer.

"I was relieved when the package arrived..."
I was relieved when the package arrived and everything looked great. I checked it over after opening it up, and there were no dents, scratches, or any kind of damage that I could see. Everything was packed well enough and made it to me in perfectly good condition, which is always nice

"Pretty solid service where I live"
Redi-box ended up working out well for me. I was a little surprised they covered my neighborhood, since a couple other companies I checked didn’t. Makes me wonder if they’ve just got a better setup in this area or maybe more trucks nearby, but who knows. Booking was simple enough, and the delivery window was fine. They weren’t exactly right on the dot, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d probably use them again

"I liked that the price was shown..."
I liked that the price was shown clearly before I paid, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if some random fee was going to pop up at the last second or if the total would suddenly change, which made the whole thing feel a lot easier and less annoying.

"Why did my delivery take so long??"
My box finally showed up 3 days late, and I barely got any clear updates along the way?? The items were fine once they arrived, but the delay was really frustrating.

"Definitely less waste, though I had a few doubts"
I used Redi-Box for my move and liked not ending up with a mountain of cardboard afterward. The boxes felt sturdy overall, though I did wonder a couple times how well they’d hold up if I really packed them heavy. Still, they worked fine for my move and felt like a much greener option...

"Box was super clean"
I got my box from Redi-Box and honestly , it was cleaner than I expected . No dust , no weird smell , just ready to use right away . Happy with it .

The boxes were fine overall, I think, but the pickup timing definitely seemed to slow down our move more than I was expecting. Maybe it was just a busy day, but it felt like that part added extra time

"It was fine, but not without issues"
It was okay overall, I guess. It did the job for the most part, but there were definitely a few things that annoyed me. Nothing completely terrible, but still, some parts were annoying, and I kept noticing the same little problems over and over. It worked, but it could’ve worked better. So yeah, it did what I needed, mostly, but I wouldn’t say I was super impressed...

"Easy site, but stock could be better"
The site was easy to use, so no complaints there. My main issue was that the box size I wanted was out of stock both times I checked, which was a bit frustrating. I ended up finding another option, but it wasn’t really what I had in mind. Overall, it’s a decent place to order from, but I’d be more likely to use it again if the availability was more reliable

"Sturdy and Stack Really Nicely"
I picked up a few redi-boxes for storage, and they’ve been better than I expected. They stack really well and feel solid, even when they’re full, so I’m not worried about them tipping or wobbling around. One corner arrived a little scuffed from delivery, but it didn’t affect how the box works. Overall, I’m happy with them and feel good about using them for long-term storage. 4 stars from me

"Wish I hadn’t counted on the pickup time"
The box itself was totally fine, so I don’t really have complaints there. I just wish I hadn’t planned my day around the pickup they gave me, because no one showed up and it ended up sitting in my driveway longer than I expected.
I had to call more than once just to get a new time, which was frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely regret assuming the pickup would happen when they said it would.

"Fast support that was actually worth it"
I reached out to support with a question and was surprised by how quickly they got back to me. They answered it clearly, didn’t give me the runaround, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever. Really solid service and definitely a good sign in my book

"Surprisingly sturdy boxes"
I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered from Redi-Box, but the boxes actually held up really well. I packed them with some heavy stuff and, annoyingly enough, they didn’t bend, rip, or give me anything to complain about. Even the corners stayed solid. So yeah, credit where it’s due — they did the job

"Deposit went fine"
I was kinda unsure about the deposit at first, but it all went smooth. I paid it when I booked and they explained what it was for, so no big confusion there.
After they picked up the box, the refund came back just like they said it would. I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any weird delays. Easy overall, I’d use redi-box again.
